Once the star on the lid turns blue, the formula is ready for consumption. The device complies with NHS guidelines, which state that baby formula must be prepared with boiling water to kill bacteria. After boiling, the system quickly cools the formula to the perfect temperature.

Cleaning the device is simple. The bottle is washed in warm soapy water and then sterilized with 240 ml of boiling water. After sealing, the bottle is shaken for 10 seconds, then held upright for two minutes and inverted for another two minutes.
